Description

A mixed development with a number of self-contained warehouse and office accommodation units; the buildings are located in a prime position with panoramic waterfront views overlooking the canal.

VANWALL 2 MAIDENHEAD

Description

Mecserve was involved in all three phases of this 25,000m² commercial development comprising of five three-storey office buildings.

Planning requirements kept plant heights to a minimum at roof level and the flat concrete slab design aided service distribution around the large floor plates.

ACCESS 23, CROYDON

Description

Mecserve was allotted the design and implementation of a number of services and installations on this new commercial and industrial complex. The 16,000m² development, consisting of both warehouse and office accommodation.

ROVER DEALERSHIP, GUILDFORD

Description

A new MG Rover car dealership at Peasmarsh in Guildford now completed for Guava International with approximately 1,600m² of floor area. The dealership comprises both new and used car sales along with workshop servicing facilities, parts storage, and packaging for export.

T-K-MAXX DISTRIBUTION CENTRE, MILTON KEYNES

Description

The distribution centre at Milton Keynes comprises of 100,000 ft² warehouse and 8,000 ft² office accommodation with external car parking. The offices and warehouse were fitted out as the main UK distribution centre for TK Maxx.
