Description
Mecserve was involved in all three phases of this 25,000m2 commercial development comprising of five three-storey office buildings.
Planning requirements kept plant heights to a minimum at roof level and the flat concrete slab design aided service distribution around the large floor plates.

Description

ROVER DEALERSHIP, GUILDFORD
Description
A new MG Rover car dealership at Peasmarsh in Guildford now completed for Guava International with approximately 1,600m2 of floor area. The dealership comprises both new and used car sales along with workshop servicing facilities, parts storage, and packaging for export.

T-K-MAXX DISTRIBUTION CENTRE, MILTON KEYNES
Description
The distribution centre at Milton Keynes comprises of 100,000 ft2 warehouse and 8,000 ft2 office accommodation with external car parking. The offices and warehouse were fitted out as the main UK distribution centre for TK Maxx.
