SLOANE TELEPHONE EXCHANGE
Description
A Grade II building converted into an office development was completed to a limited shell and core base build by the landlord. Mecserve was involved with the tenant at an early stage and were able to advise on strip-out and prevent some works being completed, to enable the tenant to fit out the space to their operational needs. The internal fit out was completed to a high specification and included two 'IT comms' rooms. The challenge was to provide the servicing without external plant space and with strict external noise criteria as it is a residential area.
