40 HOLBORN VIADUCT
Description
Mecserve was appointed to design the mechanical, electrical and lift engineering services of this 20,000m2 landmark building at Holborn Viaduct. The building has a double height entrance hall, eleven office floors and a lower ground floor car park. The building is located in the City of London within the area defined by Holborn Viaduct, Charterhouse St and Shoe Lane.

Description
Mecserve was appointed to design the mechanical, electrical and lift engineering services of this new flagship development located in the heart of the Thames Valley corridor. The scheme totals a combined net area of approximately 300,000ft2 of prime office space which comprises three separate but interconnected buildings. The works includes under-croft and multi storey car parks, amenity space and pedestrian walk ways between the buildings.

GEORGE STREET CROYDON
Description
A new commercial development for Terrace Hill located in Croydon with over 240,000ft2 of net office space arranged over seventeen floors. The building includes a central cores, double height reception, cafe and small retail unit on the ground floor. Combined heating power (CHP) with absorption cooling (tri-generation) and ground source heating and cooling heat pumps will be provided to accord with the renewable technology requirements defined by the GLA

Description
A mixed-use site (retail and residential apartments) including 6,500m2 office-space over five floors; the Regent Street façade is listed and needed to be retained. The services included a rain water harvesting system, energy efficient DC motors on the Fan Coil Units, lighting control system, heat recovery on both the chiller and ventilation, and a Photovoltaic array incorporated as part of the roof plant screen.

Description
A new office development in Swansea city centre for Terrace Hill with approximately 70,000ft2 office space over three floors and set within two distinct adjoining wings.
The works included both open and under croft car parking facilities with full air conditioned space to the offices.
