COMMERCIAL - REFURBISHMENT
Tenants' requirements for offices are continually changing and the services solutions for existing building structures are equally continuing to evolve.
The integration of the services and structure, together with the architectural requirements, is essential to provide a co-ordinated successful solution.
Attention to detail is essential to identify and solve problems during the design process before they materialise on site.
Some refurbishments occur in occupied buildings and on these projects it is essential that the existing services continue to operate to serve existing tenants.
Mecserve has a wealth of experience with these situations and works to ensure continuity of operation for tenant satisfaction.
