Description
The client brief is the refurbishment of an existing hotel complex back to residential accommodation, using the highest quality materials and cutting edge technology to provide luxury apartments.
The listed façade is being retained and the site enhanced with basement level car parking and leisure facilities. The leisure facilities include the provision of a swimming pool and gym.

PLOUGH LANE, WIMBLEDON
Description
The former football ground for Wimbledon football formed the basis for this new mixed use scheme. Mecserve was appointed to carryout the design of the mechanical and electrical services for the development which comprised 15 new buildings. These consisted of 570 apartments, for both private and affordable accommodation, and 3500m2 of commercial space.

Description
The 19th century, Grade II listed building was restored and refurbished to create high quality fully air conditioned and serviced apartments located in the heart of Mayfair.

Description
Mecserve was appointed to provide a design tender package, complete with co-ordination of the main services distribution throughout the building, including low pressure hot water heating, sanitation services, controls, lighting, small power, and security/access systems.
Each apartment is totally self-contained with respect to the M&E services, complete with boosted water services.
The project was completed successfully for the client and handed over in the first quarter of 2008.

SUNRISE
Description
Sunrise Senior Living provides residential care for senior citizens throughout the UK, Europe and the USA. Mecserve have provided full design duties for the M&E services on seven UK projects throughout the South East.
Each development consists of approximately 90 to 100 units mixed between double and single rooms. Each sunrise incorporates an industrial kitchen, laundry, communal areas, and landscaped gardens. A number of these site have incorporated CHP, heat pumps, residential sprinklers, and prefabricated offsite pod bathrooms.
