The development must include a planning condition of an industrial unit on the ground and basement levels. The office spaces are to be exposed services with an emphasis on symmetry and finishes.
The neighbouring building is residential, so the acoustic performance of the building services is being carefully designed to meet the challenging acoustic planning conditions.
