Mecserve was appointed to carry out the design of the mechanical and electrical services for this prestigious 39,800 ft² office development in the heart of the City of London which comprises office accommodation over nine floors.

The building was stripped back to its structural frame and two additional floors added. The building incorporated a new thermally efficient façade with new glazing. The building was completely re-serviced to provide a VRV systems throughout, linked to air source heat pumps at roof level. LED lighting is provided throughout the office areas. The scheme was designed to meet the requirements of BCO 2009.

Our sustainability appointment included BREEAM assessment with the project achieving a 'Very Good' rating (under BREEAM offices 2011).

On completion of the design we were novated to Chorus Group to provide design and support services during construction.
