6A Langley Street, Covent Garden

Mecserve was appointed to design and oversee the implementation of a plethora of support services in this development located in the heart of Covent Garden.

The building was transformed from a multi-let warren of small offices to a prestigious development across 16,150 ft² that is now rented as a corporate office for entertainment.

Services included air conditioning, domestic water services, drainage, electrical small power, lighting, fire alarms, lightning protection, security, and a new lift installation.

The vision of these offices was to retain some of the character of the former use of the building. With that in mind, an industrial feel was created to incorporate the modern requirements of a busy dynamic development.

The air conditioning consisted of multi-split direct-expansion ceiling-mounted units connected to external roof mounted condensers. A new fully DDA compliant lift was also installed.
