90 Long Acre, Covent Garden

Mecserve was appointed to refurbish existing services whilst simultaneously address plant replacement at their premises at 90 Long Acre, situated in Covent Garden, London.

The refurbishment works comprised of new mechanical and electrical services to the main entrance and office areas at lower ground, upper ground, first, seventh and eighth floors – totalling 215,000 ft².

The office floors were air conditioned with a VAV (Variable Air Volume) system that was connected to the refurbished central plant air handling units.

A new addressable building management system (BMS) was installed to control both the new and existing plant items.
