Appointed by The Crown Estate, this mixed-use development covering 141,000 ft² involved the remodelling of an important site straddling Piccadilly and Jermyn Street.
The scheme featured an area of retained façade, new-build retail & commercial space, new-build residential areas and conversion of an existing office building to luxury residential units.
To maximise the floor-to-ceiling heights and net lettable areas the existing building was demolished and the retained façade ‘jacked’ to align with the proposed new office building development.
Our sustainability appointment included BREEAM assessments, Code for Sustainable Homes assessments and the development of the overall energy strategy for the scheme.
