The mechanical works comprised provision of a new four-pipe fan coil system to the areas served from existing landlord's plant together with VRV heat pumps serving the management and post room. Fresh/exhaust air supply and extract systems were provided in the new kitchen & restaurant.

The electrical works comprised new standby power systems which included generators, UPS equipment, under-floor and desk power distribution.
