The mechanical works comprised provision of a new four-pipe fan coil system to the areas served from existing landlord's plant together with VRV heat pumps serving the management and post room. Fresh/exhaust air supply and extract systems were provided in the new kitchen & restaurant.
The electrical works comprised new standby power systems which included generators, UPS equipment, under-floor and desk power distribution. New decorative lighting and control systems, fire detection and alarms and security systems were provided throughout the space (including high sensitivity smoke detection to the communications equipment room).
