Mecserve was appointed to provide Mechanical and Electrical services across eight Sunrise premium residential care facilities.

The Sunrise homes were designed to include one- and two-bed apartments all with en-suite facilities, with communal areas included living areas, dining areas, hair salon, library and activity rooms. Back-of-house areas included kitchens, laundries, offices and staff areas.

All areas were heated by lphw with low surface radiators, with communal areas mechanically ventilated and comfort cooled where necessary.

Mecserve was responsible for the design coordination of the mechanical, electrical and lift services, plus the design intent of the sprinkler protection installation, which was provided throughout the various developments.
