The mechanical services installations generally comprised four pipe fan coil air conditioning, utilising chilled water and low pressure hot water, domestic water services, fresh air ventilation, sanitation, internal rainwater distribution and provision of a mechanical plant building energy management system (BEMS).
The electrical services installations generally comprised main and sub main distribution of low voltage electricity, lighting to office, core and external car park areas, small power to core area, addressable fire detection throughout the buildings, cableways for future telecommunications services and building lightning protection systems.
